Kim Hoàng Pig Scarf 50
SKU:DG0001MMô tả
Duyen scarf inspired by the pair of "Pig” pieces from Kim Hoàng painting in Hoài Đức, Hanoi.
The pig from Kim Hoàng painting is a jet black one emerging in the middle of a red background, or a white pig floating on an orange background - the featured color of the Red series paintings from the Doai area. The black and white color has interpreted the yin and yang balance. The black color is yin on the red background and vice versa. In yin, there is yang, while in yang, there is yin. On the contrary, the red tone is also a positive element in the scheme. Together with the black tone, the white seams have neutralized the flow and flexibility of the painting. As can be seen, Kim Hoàng Pig's paintings seem to be full of simplicity; however, hidden behind them are complicated artistic philosophies. The symbolic features derived from the paintings are approachable yet powerful.
Duyên is proud to use 100% Vietnamese silk silk, with hand-sewn seams following the traditional Ao Dai art.
Measures: 50x50cm.
